1. Information We Collect
Aegis Field & System Advisors (SMC-Pvt) Ltd collects only the information you voluntarily provide through the Impact Ready diagnostic: your organisational responses, and — where you request a consultation — your name, organisation, phone number and email address.
2. How Assessment Data Is Used
Diagnostic responses are used solely to calculate your Mission Readiness Score and generate your gap analysis. Individual responses are never sold, shared with donors, or disclosed to any regulatory body without your written instruction.
3. Confidentiality of Engagements
All information disclosed during field verification, MIS review or pre-audit engagements is treated as confidential client material and is retained under access-controlled systems for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory retention period.
4. Data Security
We apply role-based access control, encrypted transmission and periodic backup testing across our systems. Access to client records is restricted to the assigned advisory team.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold by writing to contact@mss-pk.com. We respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.
