1. Scope of Services
Aegis Field & System Advisors (SMC-Pvt) Ltd provides advisory services in operational compliance, field verification, MIS deployment and pre-audit readiness. Services are delivered under a separately executed engagement letter.
2. Nature of the Diagnostic
The Impact Ready scorecard is an indicative self-assessment tool. It does not constitute a statutory audit, legal opinion, or certification of compliance, and no reliance should be placed on it by third parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
The accuracy of any assessment depends on the completeness of information supplied by the client. The client warrants that information provided is true and current to the best of its knowledge.
4. Limitation of Liability
Liability arising from use of the free diagnostic tool is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability under a paid engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
